Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fiidds (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use https://fiidds.com and the Fiidds application (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Workspace administrators additionally provide a company name, workspace URL code and time zone.
Content and connected accounts
- Content you create in the Service, including drafts, media assets, comments, approvals and scheduling preferences.
- Authorization tokens for social media accounts you connect (such as Facebook Pages), which we use solely to publish content and retrieve publishing results on your behalf.
- Publishing metadata returned by platforms, such as permalinks, delivery status and engagement figures.
Usage data
We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the Service;
- Publish scheduled content to the social accounts you connect;
- Manage workspaces, roles and approval workflows;
- Authenticate you and secure your account;
- Provide support and respond to your requests;
- Detect, prevent and address abuse or security issues.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or connected-account data for advertising.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service); and consent where it is required, such as when connecting a social account. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
How we share information
We share information only with third parties that help us operate the Service:
- Google, for sign-in authentication;
- Social media platforms (such as Meta platforms), when you instruct us to publish content to accounts you own;
- Service providers such as cloud hosting and storage vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation or legal process.
Cookies and local storage
We keep the Service lightweight. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage in your browser to remember preferences such as your display theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete content or disconnect an account, we remove the associated tokens and data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fiidds.com. You may also disconnect social accounts and delete your workspace directly within the Service.
Security
We protect your data using measures including encryption in transit, row-level database access controls and scoped OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
